Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Build a culture of ownership and Empowerment
Develop, monitor and motivate the team to achieve higher goals
Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate inventory management, and adherence to safety standards
Ensuring WOM (Warehouse order management) & Inventory management
Manage the receiving and dispatching of goods, verifying quantities and quality
Maintain 5 S and the LEAN system of the company
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Establish and monitor KPIs for warehouse operations, analyzing data to drive decision-making and operational enhancements

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 8 years of experience in supply chain roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication skills
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
