Senior Warehouse Executive

As a Warehouse Assistant reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your role involves ensuring the smooth daily operations of the warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing dispatch duties such as sending equipment/parts for repair to designated vendors, service centres, or manufacturers. It will be your responsibility to check and ensure that the repair equipment/parts are correct before collection. - Preparing equipment according to the packing list and requirements advised by the manager. - Assisting in receiving and sending equipment to projects, including loading/unloading trucks, packing/unpacking equipment, verifying and acknowledging delivery orders, preparing delivery orders/packing lists, and other essential paperwork. - Receiving goods and preparing paperwork according to Company procedures. - Checking equipment returned from projects to ensure that equipment returns match the packing list of NEP Singapore. - Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse, including maintenance and housekeeping. - Assisting in stock tagging (barcode) and data entry for printing of barcode. - Taking responsibility for maintaining warehouse cleanliness and ensuring a safe and organized workplace. - Handling any other ad hoc duties assigned. Qualifications required for this role are: - At least an ITE Nitec Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Warehouse/Logistics/Supply Chain. - Being meticulous, goal-oriented, and process-oriented. - Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Inventory Management System. - Ability to carry a manual load of 20kg is a must. - Possession of a forklift license is mandatory.
