You’ll work alongside designers, product managers, and developers to craft thoughtful in-product copy, drive consistency, and improve user comprehension through language. Responsibilities: Write clear, concise, and user-friendly interface copy Define and enforce voice & tone guidelines Collaborate across UX, Product, and Engineering to align copy with experience goals Plan and execute content strategy across user flows, onboarding, and error handling Review, audit, and improve existing content for clarity and effectiveness Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and localized language Qualifications: 6–18 years of UX or product writing experience in tech or product organizations Degree in English, Linguistics, HCI, Communication, or related field Strong portfolio demonstrating microcopy and UX writing at scale Proficiency with content design tools (Figma, CMS, etc.) Preferred Attributes: Exceptional written communication and editing skills Strong grasp of UX principles and design process Able to handle complex product concepts with clarity Collaborative, feedback-driven, and user-focused Show more Show less
