Senior UX Writer

You will be collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and developers to create compelling and intuitive user experiences across our products. Your responsibilities will include defining content strategy for one or more product areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design objectives, and contributing to the overall vision and strategy of the product. You will be crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy that guides users through interfaces and helps them achieve their goals. As a Senior UX Writer, you will draft and review product content for user interfaces, ensuring adherence to guidelines while providing guidance for the most compelling user experience. You will also compose product communications, including notices and system emails, and other text elements to enhance user comprehension and interaction. Additionally, you will utilize systems and tools to create, update, and maintain product content, develop user assistance plans, create notifications, tours, and surveys in the Pendo system, and collaborate with technical writers and product managers to draft and review knowledge management articles as needed. In this role, you will contribute to developing UX writing best practices, standards, and processes, onboard and mentor junior UX writers, and perform other duties as assigned. You will be expected to comply with all policies and standards while working independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously, skillfully giving and receiving feedback, and formulating clear and understandable content to present findings to all levels in the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in English, Writing, Technical Communication, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in writing web content. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Pendo, and Contentstack is a plus. You should have the ability to manage stakeholders with diverse and competing priorities, collaborate successfully cross-functionally, be eager to learn new areas of the business, and work effectively in a team environment.
