Our teams work in multi-cultural and empowered squads who deliver new functionalities and enhancements on a frequent basis.The mission of the Tribe Payments is to grow as a reliable and cost-efficient payment service provider for customers of BNP Paribas Group worldwide, whilst implementing innovative technologies and payment products.
Position Purpose
In this role you will be part of an international, multi-functional squad with colleagues in Chennai and Belgium. The squad is responsible for the development and maintenance of a key payment application of BNP Paribas Group. It works in an agile mode with daily huddles and frequent production releases, whilst maintaining high quality standards.The squad is part of Tribe Payments with its main management in Belgium at BNP Paribas Fortis, a sister company of ISPL
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- As member of an international, multi-functional squad you participate to the analysis, design, testing, test automation and support of qualitative Payments products, solutions and services in distributed technology
- Act as an expert tester with a focus on improving test automation to ensure high quality coding
- Test design & preparation of the dataset
- Creation of automation frameworks
- Coding of Test automation scripts based upon this preparation & following the roadmap created by the Tribe Test Engineer
- Execution of automated test sets & reporting to the squad & the Tribe Test Engineer
Contributing Responsibilities
- Promote new technologies & best practices in testing
- Continuously strive for further automation & improvement by presenting new proposals
- Analysis of the requirements regarding automation

Specific Qualifications
- You have a bachelor or master degree in IT and at least 7 years of experience
- Fluent English is mandatory (oral and written)
