Job Description

As a Test Engineer with 10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Test Automation using Selenium. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring and customizing Selenium in various integrations - Automating projects such as frameworks and facilitating communication with stakeholders to resolve their issues - Developing automation plans for equipment and ensuring their approval - Sharing your knowledge and guiding junior team members, fostering team spirit, actively participating in wider engineering group, and contributing to product-wide activities To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience in requirements engineering on the Microsoft Azure platform using CI/CD techniques with C# / Python - Knowledge of Selenium Test Environment (STE) or similar tools, and the ability to configure them - Strong collaboration skills across different disciplines and groups - A passion for delivering high-quality user experience - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills - Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and solutions, whether internal or from the Open Source community Nice-to-have skills include experience in Agile Framework and knowledge of the Banking / Investment Banking domain. The company, Information and Document Systems, is a global technology change and delivery organization with nearly 200 individuals located in Switzerland, Poland, and Singapore. They provide global capturing and document processing solutions to business divisions, focusing on supporting Legal, Regulatory, and Operational functions. Language requirements for this role include proficiency in English at a C2 level.
