As a valued member of the Information and Document Systems team, you will play a crucial role in the global technology change and delivery initiatives. With a team spread across Switzerland, Poland, and Singapore, our focus is on providing cutting-edge capturing, processing, archiving, and retrieval solutions to support Legal, Regulatory, and Operational functions across all business divisions. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing Selenium for various integrations, automating projects such as frameworks, and effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to address their needs. You will be involved in developing automation plans, facilitating their approval, and sharing your knowledge to support and guide junior team members. Your active participation in team activities and wider engineering group initiatives will contribute to our dynamic growth. To excel in this role, you must possess 10+ years of Test engineering experience with a focus on Test Automation for at least 5 years, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality production-grade software. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential. You should have proven expertise in requirements engineering on the Microsoft Azure platform, utilizing CI/CD techniques with C# or Python. Proficiency in configuring Selenium Test Environment (STE) or similar tools is required, along with strong collaboration skills, a passion for delivering excellent user experiences, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Additionally, familiarity with Agile Framework, experience in the Banking or Investment Banking domain, and proficiency in English at the C2 Proficient level are desirable assets for this role. You should be quick to adapt to new technologies, leverage solutions from the company or Open Source community, and actively contribute to the success of our projects.
