Job Description

Job Title:

  • Initiate and handle outbound calls to prospective clients generated through various marketing and lead sources.
  • Engage inbound enquiries, understand client requirements, and present relevant property projects based on customer profiles.
  • Build trust and relationships with clients through consultative conversations tailored to individual needs, not just a standard script.
  • Effectively pitch property features, benefits, USPs, and address customer queries or concerns.
  • Proactively schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers, ensuring a seamless experience and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up schedules in CRM systems, ensuring regular engagement and tracking.
  • Continuously nurture leads through timely updates, reminders, and personalized follow-ups to drive site visits and conversions.
  • Stay updated on current inventory, project details, and market trends to provide accurate information and build credibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure alignment, share feedback, and support overall sales targets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead qualification, site visits, and customer engagement metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is generally required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Presales Executive or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada; additional South Indian language(s) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and adapt tone/approach to different client personas.
  • Proven experience using CRM software and telecalling tools for lead management and follow-ups.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and keen attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of Bangalore residential real estate market, especially luxury apartments and villas.
