Position Overview:

Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future requirements.
  • Engage with passive candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Pre-onboarding engagement: Maintain communication with selected candidates before their joining date (DOJ).

2.Technical Screening & Evaluation:

  • Review resumes to evaluate technical qualifications and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate with technical panels for interviews and feedback collection.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with delivery teams to define hiring priorities, job specifications, and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage expectations and communicate hiring progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate transition.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.

4.Recruitment Operations:

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and dashboards with real-time hiring status.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and documentation requirements.

5. Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging tech skill sets.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and current hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
