We’re Hiring | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle for IT roles, partnering with hiring managers, planning talent pipelines, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment – sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers & create hiring plans
Source through Workday, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals
TA coordination across India & MIS dashboard reporting
Offer negotiation & closure
Campus & lateral hiring for roles like Java, .NET, QA, Azure, PowerBI, Cybersecurity, etc.
Work on both C2H & permanent staffing

Skills & Qualifications (In Short):

4–7 years of IT recruitment experience
Strong sourcing, screening, and closure skills
Hands-on with Workday, Naukri, LinkedIn
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
Good with MIS, offer management & salary negotiation
Experience in both contract and permanent hiring
