Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Nagpur. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring new employees. They will be responsible for employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Skills in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in talent acquisition within the tech industry is a plus
