Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who is experienced in managing multiple concurrent job requirements and has a track record of success in full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier talent across various domains, primarily in IT and/or Non-IT staffing . Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple client requisitions simultaneously (IT and/or Non-IT roles). Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles. Source qualified candidates using job boards, internal databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements. Coordinate interviews Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a high-quality experience. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority job requirements effectively. Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates across various job domains (IT, Non-IT, or both). Proficient in using major job boards and ATS tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Why Join DivIHN?
