About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Product and Tech at Airlearn, you will play a key role in scaling our high-performing teams. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless and impactful candidate experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone passionate about building teams, managing key stakeholders, and strengthening our employer brand through social media and networking efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end recruitment across functions with focus on Engineering, Product and Design roles
  • Sourcing candidates proactively using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, networks, referrals).
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates, ensuring strong alignment with the role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Managing the interview process — scheduling, coordination, and candidate experience.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Driving employer branding initiatives to strengthen Airlearn’s presence in the talent market and supporting recruitment events


The Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or startup ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building lasting candidate and team relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing via LinkedIn, social media platforms, communities, job boards, and other creative channels
  • Prior experience using ATS tools and maintaining recruitment dashboards; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a problem-solving mindset
