Strategy & Analytics Manager – CEO’s Office

Unacademy is looking for a highly driven and resourceful professional to join the CEO’s Office, working directly with co-founder Gaurav Munjal. This role demands a strong mix of research, data analytics, and execution capabilities to support strategic initiatives and ensure swift delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Partner closely with Gaurav Munjal on strategic projects and key business initiatives. * Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to provide actionable insights. * Analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions and track performance. * Prepare crisp, data-backed presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders. * Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and results. * Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on objectives and deliverables. * Serve as a problem-solver, stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly. Who You Are: * 3+ years of experience in startups, consulting, or similar fast-paced, high-impact roles. * Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Excellent research capabilities with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights. * Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — to influence and inform. * Self-starter with a bias for action and a relentless focus on getting things done. * Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. --- Preferred Qualifications: * MBA or Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory. * Experience working directly with CXOs, founders, or in Chief of Staff roles. * Exposure in Tech startup environments is a plus. * Familiarity with fundraising, investor relations, or strategic partnerships is advantageous.
