Production Assistant - Airlearn (Live Show) Company Overview : Airlearn is here to make learning languages fun, fast, and actually useful. Our app helps people across the globe speak languages, not just collect vocabulary like Pokémon cards. We already have over 500K users across 150 countries in just 1 year since our launch. Our product is loved by our users and we to make sure that the world knows that we’re not just another language app. That’s where you could come in. Who we need : We’re building a fast-paced, high-energy live game show at Airlearn, and we need a rock-solid Production Assistant to help us pull it off smoothly. This on-site role is based in Bengaluru. As a PA, you’ll be the backbone of the set - supporting the host, helping coordinate the shoot, running real-time logistics, prepping materials, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the show flowing. What you’ll do : Assist the technical director / OBS operator during live shoots. Prepare and hold up cue cards or placards to help the host adapt mid-show. Manage on-set tasks including lighting tweaks, basic camera checks, and cable setup. Provide real-time support to the host to keep energy, flow, and timing on point. Coordinate and organize props, game materials, slides, and physical elements used on set. Communicate with team during live filming to ensure smooth segment transitions Help with pre-show setup and post-show wrap, including gear, space, and tech checks. Stay on standby during live sessions for last-minute needs or showtime changes. Track basic production notes and flag any technical or flow-related issues. What We're Looking For : 1-2 years of experience in live production, stage management, or studio shoots. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure Comfortable managing simple tech adjustments (e.g., light stands, HDMI cables, mic placement). Confident communicator, able to work with high-energy hosts and talent. Quick thinker with calm energy - you love being helpful behind the scenes. Flexible with time and comfortable working in live, fast-paced environment. Having a valid US visa is a plus (for potential future international shoots or events) Show more Show less
