WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
A Production Assistant who is organized, proactive, and excited to bring ideas to life.
Someone who enjoys being on-ground, solving small problems quickly, keeping things moving, and supporting the creative and production teams through every stage of the content journey.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Assist in planning and executing photo/video shoots
for campaigns, product stories, and founder-led content. -
Coordinate production logistics
schedules, locations, talent, props, products, and equipment. -
Maintain and update production calendars, checklists, and trackers
to ensure smooth workflows. -
Collaborate with creative teams
(writers, designers, videographers) for seamless execution. -
Prepare shoot documents
such as shot lists, mood boards, references, and production briefs. -
Manage product readiness for shoots
steaming, tagging, organizing, and transporting items. -
Support on-ground during shoots
by ensuring timely setups, transitions, and coordination. -
Organize and maintain production assets
files, footage, references, and documentation. -
Coordinate during post-production
with editors to ensure timely delivery of final content. -
Stay up
to support planning and improve creative output. -
Review content performance insights
to help optimize future shoots and processes.
WHO YOU ARE
- 0-3 years of experience in
production, content operations, studio management, or creative coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- A proactive team player who enjoys assisting, supporting, and making things smoother for the team.
- Good communication skills with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working on-ground during shoots and managing last-minute requirements.
- Interest in lifestyle, fashion, or D2C content creation.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, or Canva.
