Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant at hopuz printers, kodikuthiparamb, you will play a key role in supporting daily printing and packaging production activities. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate workflow, machine operations, and material handling will contribute to the timely completion of orders and overall efficiency of the production team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in daily production planning and scheduling - Support machine operators in printing, cutting, lamination, and packaging operations - Monitor production workflow and ensure materials are available on time - Conduct basic quality checks on printed and finished products - Maintain production records, job cards, and daily reports - Coordinate with design, store, and dispatch departments - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper machine handling - Follow supervisor instructions and meet production deadlines - Assist in loading/unloading and material movement when required Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of printing and packaging processes (offset/UV/flexo preferred) - Ability to handle physical work and operate basic production tools - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Attention to detail and troubleshooting ability - Willingness to work shifts if required Qualification & Experience: - Diploma or B Tech in Printing or related fields preferred - 1-2 years of experience in the Printing industry is an advantage In addition to a competitive salary based on interview and experience, you will also receive benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
