Arc & Argon Welding Specialist – Radiographic Quality Assurance Highly skilled Welder with extensive experience in Arc and Argon (TIG) welding, delivering superior-quality welds that consistently pass 100% radiographic (X-ray) testing. Demonstrated expertise in executing precision welds with zero defects, fully compliant with stringent radiographic inspection standards. Extensive hands-on experience in reactor, pressure vessel, and storage tank welding, ensuring structural integrity and safety in critical environments. In-depth knowledge of international welding codes, standards, and safety regulations, particularly in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Proven ability to manage and perform complex welding operations with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.

Experienced Machinist with strong expertise in shaft turning and keyway machining on both Stainless Steel (SS) and Mild Steel (MS) materials. Proficient in all lathe operations, including facing, turning, tapering, threading, drilling, boring, and grooving. Skilled in precision keyway cutting to exact tolerances using conventional and semi-automatic machines. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tool selection, speed/feed calculations, and material handling. Committed to maintaining high-quality standards, minimizing tolerances, and ensuring dimensional accuracy across all machining tasks. Adept at operating in high-performance workshop environments, adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities: 1. General Accounting & Bookkeeping: • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP system. • Maintain books of accounts as per statutory and internal standards. • Manage accounts payable and receivable. • Track advances, payments, and receipts accurately. 2. Costing & Inventory Accounting: • Maintain cost sheets and production-related financial records. • Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods valuation. • Analyze manufacturing overheads, job costing, and BOM variances. • Liaise with the store department for inventory control and stock audits. 3. Taxation & Compliance: • Prepare and file GST returns monthly and annually. • Handle and advice management on TDS calculation, computation and filing. • Assist in statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and PT (if applicable). • Coordinate with consultants for timely tax payments and audits. 4. Reconciliation & Reporting: • Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. • Support internal and statutory audits with documentation and reports. • Monitor ageing reports and support credit control efforts. 5. Coordination & Support: • Work closely with production, stores, and dispatch teams for accurate costing. • Support budgeting and forecasting exercises. • Liaise with external parties such as vendors, auditors, and consultants. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / Inter CA preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing unit. • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.), and basic ERP systems. • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and costing principles. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a plant environment.
