Production Assistant

Role Overview: As the Head of Production/Factory Operations at a fast-growing CCTV manufacturing startup based in Noida, India, reporting to the CEO/COO, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and scaling the factory operations. With over 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly in surveillance, IoT, or consumer electronics, you will lead the establishment of cutting-edge surveillance solutions for global markets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end setup of the CCTV manufacturing facility. - Design scalable production processes for cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and AI-enabled devices. - Negotiate with equipment vendors to ensure efficient operations. - Achieve production yield targets above 95% through Six Sigma/Lean methodologies. - Establish quality control protocols for critical components. - Build a localized supply chain for key components to reduce BOM costs. - Implement JIT inventory strategies for cost optimization. - Recruit and train production engineers, technicians, and line supervisors. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. - Plan production scaling phases and evaluate Industry 4.0 solutions for automation. Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically in surveillance, IoT, or consumer electronics. - Technical expertise in CCTV/electronics manufacturing. - Operational excellence in ramping up production. - Startup mindset characterized by adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.,
