Key Responsibilities:

• External Recruitment:

  Support hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent for Aspires clients, particularly in the Non-IT sector.

• Collaborate with hiring managers

  to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  At least 1yearsin recruitment, with specific experience in Non-IT hiring.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media, is a plus.
• Familiarity withNaukri.comjob portal is essential.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates and clients.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

• Organization:

  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
