Role Description :

This role will work towards establishing best-in-class Talent Acquisition practices in line with Business Strategy. The role will strive to build credible relationships with leaders, to deliver exceptional candidates, and will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring diverse, and best talent and will be responsible for the Full Recruitment Life cycle.

Role & responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing Talent Acquisition Plans for all organizational levels.
  • Working with partners, and stakeholders for aligned priority, business value, and strategic focus.
  • Establishing credible, well-respected long-term partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, behavioral interviewing, selection, negotiation, and extension of offers.
  • Activate all sourcing channels including employee referral program, campus connects, and external market awareness to build and maintain Sun Mobility as the employer of choice.
  • Designing and implementing consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Identify the talent pool and build a pipeline to support business requirements.
  • Evaluate Talent Acquisition Metrics and improve efficiency. Automate and digitize process.
  • Take ownership of candidate experienced drivers and add value towards building an employer brand.
  • Multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Create a positive organizational culture with a focus on Excellence and innovation.
  • Effectively articulating the business case for diversity and able to drive and influence a diverse slate.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Knowledge of ERP / ATS implementation will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, Kannada will be an added advantage.
  • High on energy, proactive, with service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite specifically with Excel and, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of latest TA trends and utilizing current TA technologies.
  • Understanding of the EV Industry in terms of resource mapping & and manpower benchmark.
  • Experience filling business-critical roles and leadership hiring.
  • Proficient in using company software, databases, and external job platforms to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Exposure to Automotive or EV domains, Manufacturing, or Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
