Key Responsibilities

• Install & Configure:

   Set up, configure, and test hardware, software, and network systems.

• Maintain Systems:

   Regularly update and patch operating systems, applications, and network file systems.
• 
  

• Troubleshoot Issues:

   Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• 
  

• Ensure Security:

   Implement IT security protocols, secure data, and manage disaster recovery plans.
• 
  

• User Support:

   Provide timely technical support and ensure users have reliable access to systems.
• 
  

• Inventory Management:

   Maintain records of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
• 
  

• Account Management:

   Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• 
  

• Onboarding:

   Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees by setting up IT resources.
• 
  

• Training:

   Deliver training and guidance on new tools and applications for end-users.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 
  
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.

• Experience in IT support, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security+) will be an added advantage.
