Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Operations:

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain

  Windows Server operating systems

• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning of Windows servers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with minimal downtime.
• Provide

  L2 & L3 support

  for Windows Server and Azure platform incidents.
• Participate in

  on-call rotation

  and provide support during outages.
• Take ownership of problem resolution and lead technical bridges during service disruptions.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using

  Symphony Summit AI

  .

Cloud & Virtualization:

• Design, deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure on

  Microsoft Azure

  .
• Manage Azure resources including

  VMs, networking, storage, and security configurations

  .
• Ensure optimal resource utilization for performance and cost efficiency.
• Perform regular patching and updates for Azure services.
• Manage virtualization platforms including:

• VMware vSphere

• Hyper-V

• Azure Virtual Machines

Identity, Security & Compliance:

• Administer and maintain

  on-premises Active Directory

  , Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
• Implement and manage

  hybrid identity solutions with Azure AD

  .
• Administer

  Microsoft 365 services

  (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Implement and maintain security policies using

  Microsoft 365 Defender

  .
• Manage endpoint protection and security solutions, including:
• Microsoft Defender Antivirus
• Symantec Endpoint Protection
• McAfee
• Trend Micro
• Kaspersky
  

Endpoint & Device Management:

• Deploy, configure, and manage

  System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

  .
• Deploy, configure, and manage

  Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)

  .
• Configure and manage

  ManageEngine

  products, including:
• Desktop Central
• AD Manager
• AD Audit
• Self-Service Plus
• Exchange Reporter Plus
• M365 Manager
• SharePoint Reporter
  

Automation & Documentation:

• Develop and maintain

  PowerShell scripts

  to automate routine administrative tasks.
• Perform regular firmware assessments and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate software and hardware inventories and documentation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for replacement of defective hardware.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in Windows System Administration.
• Expert knowledge of:
• Active Directory & Azure AD
• Microsoft 365
• Azure Cloud Administration
• VMware vSphere
• Strong understanding of networking concepts:
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
