Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Staffing Partner Manager to lead and expand our network of partner companies and subcontractors. This individual will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing staffing partners to support resource fulfillment across global projects and business units. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of professional services and excels in vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive talent planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the staffing partner strategy to support project-based and long-term hiring needs across geographies. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new staffing and subcontracting partners aligned with service quality, compliance, and cost benchmarks. Act as the single point of contact between internal delivery/recruitment teams and partner ecosystem for all partner-led hiring. Build and manage a central repository of partner capabilities, rate cards, legal agreements, and performance metrics. Ensure partner adherence to SLAs, compliance, and background verification standards. Negotiate commercial terms and resolve conflicts or delivery gaps with partner firms. Track and report on partner-sourced fulfillment performance, resource availability, and pipeline metrics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, legal, TA, finance) for smooth operational integration. Continuously benchmark and improve the partner mix and performance based on evolving business needs. Basic Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in staffing/vendor management, resource partnerships, or delivery management in a services company. Proven success in building and managing a partner/vendor ecosystem for staff augmentation or professional services. Strong understanding of IT services landscape, job roles, rate structures, and resource planning models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), vendor management systems (VMS), or CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-region, and delivery-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing offshore, nearshore, and onshore partners. Familiarity with contractual, legal, and compliance frameworks related to subcontracting.
