Your Role
As a
Senior Specialist in Key Accounts at Stayvista
, you will take a leadership role in managing pricing strategies, ensuring price parity, setting promotions, and negotiating pricing with homeowners to maximise revenue. In addition to overseeing the quality control and online reputation of all property listings, you will drive revenue targets for stays, F&B, and add-on services while managing inventory effectively. Acting as the pri y point of contact for homeowners, you will handle communications, manage escalations, settle accounts, and secure agreements. You will also focus on ket demand analysis, competition tracking, and property upgrades to stay competitive. A key part of your role includes securing homeowner referrals for new property supply and increasing the commercials of each home. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives to enhance homeowner app adoption and collaborate with brand and keting teams to boost property performance and revenue growth.
About You
- Ensure consistent pricing across platforms.
- Analyse revenue sources to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track availability and manage property inventory efficiently.
- Identify and implement upgrades to enhance guest experience

- Develop promotional strategies to attract guests.
- Regular up and strategy discussions with supervisors.
- 4-6 years of work experience in similar work.
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in hospitality studies or related field.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
