Join our team as a Workday Test Lead, taking charge of post-implementation and transformation projects. You will coordinate end-to-end testing activities for Workday modules, collaborating across teams to ensure flawless delivery.​

• Define, develop, and lead comprehensive test strategy and plans for Workday implementation projects.​
• Design test scenarios and scripts for job architecture and crucial business processes.​
• Coordinate all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration cycles.​
• Manage defect triage and tracking, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.​
• Utilize test management tools such as Jira Xray for planning, execution, and reporting.​
• Track, monitor, and report test metrics with accurate documentation.​
• Lead and mentor team members, encouraging collaboration and process improvement.​

• 7+ years’ experience

  : Leading Workday testing efforts in post-implementation or transformation projects.​

• Test Plan & Scenario Design

  : Ability to create detailed test documentation for job architecture and business processes.​

• Tool Expertise

  : Familiarity with Jira Xray or similar test management tools.​

• Team & Vendor Coordination

  : Proven coordination abilities with internal teams and external vendors for cross-functional testing delivery.​

• Defect Management

  : Skilled in defect tracking, prioritization, and issue resolution.​

• Communication

  : Excellent verbal and written communication, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement.​

• Familiarity with Global Job Architecture (GJA) or similar Workday configuration projects.​
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Tosca).
• Demonstrated background in process improvement within testing lifecycles.​
• Workday certifications or experience with payroll, finance, or HR modules.​
