Job Description

Title: Pega CDH Consultant Location: Office (Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad / Remote) Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Pega CDH solutions to drive personalized customer experiences Develop and manage decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management Integrate CDH with other Pega applications and external systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions Troubleshoot and optimize CDH configurations for improved performance and scalability Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Pega development, with a focus on customer engagement. 3-4 years of experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Strong knowledge of Pega CDH features, including decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management Good understanding on Cassandra for PEGA CDH Experience with Pega's rules-based architecture and decision-making framework Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Certification in Pega CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) Good to Have: Experience with Pega's Customer Engagement platform Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Company Description: Bits in Glass - India ● Industry Leader: Bits in Glass(BIG) has been in business for more than 20 years.
