Title: Pega CDH Specialist Location: Office (Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad / Remote) Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Pega CDH solutions to drive personalized customer experiences - Develop and manage decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management - Integrate CDH with other Pega applications and external systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions - Troubleshoot and optimize CDH configurations for improved performance and scalability Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in Pega development, with a focus on customer engagement. - 3-4 years of experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) - Strong knowledge of Pega CDH features, including decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management - Good understanding on Cassandra for PEGA CDH - Experience with Pega's rules-based architecture and decision-making framework - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Certification in Pega CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) Good to Have: - Experience with Pega's Customer Engagement platform - Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Company Description: Bits in Glass - India ● Industry Leader: ○ Bits in Glass(BIG) has been in business for more than 20 years.
