MS teams app development, Azure, ReactJS(Fluent UI), .Net  

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams App Developer to design, build, and maintain advanced custom applications 

for Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web development, Microsoft 365 integration, 

and cloud-based architecture. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to deliver secure, 

scalable, and user-friendly solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and deploy complex Microsoft Teams applications, including custom tabs, bots, messaging extensions, and connectors.

- Integrate Teams apps with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services.

- Develop conversational bots using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Services.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory (OAuth 2.0, SSO).

- Create rich, interactive user experiences with Adaptive Cards and React-based UIs.

- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

- Package, document, and publish Teams apps following Microsoft's compliance and governance standards.

- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for deployed Teams solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- experience in web application development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS).

- hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams app development.

- Strong experience with Node.js, NPM, and RESTful API integration.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 platform services.

- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Services.

- Deep understanding of Teams app extensibility points (tabs, bots, messaging extensions).

- Strong grasp of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SSO, Azure AD).

- Familiarity with Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code and the Developer Portal for Teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance standards.

- Experience with Adaptive Cards, SharePoint Framework, or Power Platform is a plus.

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate) are advantageous.
