Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that enhance collaboration, information sharing, and process automation within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and/or SharePoint Server, strong knowledge of Power Platform tools, and a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development within the Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts. Implement custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting. Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Power BI. Migrate content from legacy systems or older SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server. Develop and manage permissions , access controls, and governance policies to ensure data security and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related performance, configuration, and user issues. Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and workflows. Stay current with Microsoft updates, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Min-5 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in: SharePoint Online SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, PowerShell REST APIs, CAML, CSOM, JSOM, GRAPH APIs Azure Automations, Functions, Logical Apps, Storage Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and permissions . Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio Code . Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Azure AD integration. Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logical Apps, Storage Services or Azure services . SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate , Microsoft 365 Developer Associate ). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits. Proactive learner who stays updated with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint innovations.
