We are currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).
Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Solution Consultant with 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. The role requires expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc, along with strong scripting, integrations, and solution consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Solution Design & Implementation Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
Development & Customization Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, script includes, and custom applications.Integrations Develop REST/SOAP-based integrations, manage MID Servers, and leverage Integration Hub.
ITOM & ITAM Expertise Implement CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM.Presales & Consulting Conduct client workshops, demos, and provide technical expertise for RFPs.
Required Skills - Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, Integration Hub).
Experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Strong client-facing and solution consulting skills. Preferred CertificationsServiceNow CSA, CIS (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM), CAD.ITIL 4 Foundation.
