POSITION SUMMARY

This position will ideally be hybrid from our Bengaluru office as part of our expanding site location, though we are open to remote work for the right candidate. EarnIn provides excellent employee benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and opportunities to collaborate with and travel to our Mountain View, CA HQ. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies that align with business goals, continuously improving them based on data.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to the business.
• Plan and oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends.
• Develop and run CRO experiments (landing page design, copy tests, CTA placement, page speed improvements) to increase sign-up and conversion rates across web surfaces.
• Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, and schema markup.
• Build and maintain partnerships for earned media and guest posting opportunities.
• Lead the SEO strategy to increase visibility, drive traffic, and impact business KPIs
• Work with cross-functional teams to design SEO-first experiences.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audits to uncover key insights that inform actions.
• Build and monitor full-funnel dashboards (e.g., awareness sign-up activation retention / LTV) to surface bottlenecks and guide prioritization.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or related experience
• 4+ years of proven SEO experience with strong ownership of previous work
• Deep expertise in SEO strategy and technical implementation, including site migrations, schema, and keyword portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Knowledge of LLM SEO techniques
• Interest or familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and approaches.
• Good understanding of SEO work, including audit, structured data, performance optimization, and crawling
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills or experience.
• Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or a data-driven product organization is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, design, content/SEO, and analytics teams.
