Position Overview:

SEO & Social Media Marketing Expert

This is a full-time position with a fully remote work arrangement. You may be assigned to work on multiple projects across different clients, providing you with a steep learning curve and opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge.


The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded digital marketing expert with a strong focus on SEO and Social Media Management, capable of handling everything from strategic keyword planning and technical audits to developing engaging, on-brand content for web, social, email, and digital campaigns. They should also be skilled in creating visual and written assets that align with client branding across online and offline channels.


We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong foundation in SEO, social media strategy, content marketing, and performance-driven web design. A proven ability to create and manage brand assets, optimize user experiences, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels is essential.



Key Responsibilities

1.     Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to shape SEO and social media strategies.

2.     Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization (meta tags, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, mobile readiness, sitemaps, canonical issues).

3.     Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs in collaboration with the content team for search visibility and engagement.

4.     Drive off-page SEO efforts including backlink building, guest posts, influencer collaborations, and directory optimization.

5.     Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) aligned with SEO and brand goals.

6.     Create and manage engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics) that promotes brand storytelling and drives audience interaction.

7.     Manage community engagement — responding to comments, reviews, and messages to build trust and loyalty.

8.     Oversee local SEO and social presence, ensuring optimized listings, maps, and directory profiles for stronger regional visibility.

9.     Run and monitor paid campaigns on social and search platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), optimizing for ROI.

10. Implement and manage analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite) to measure performance. Not all of them, but as a sr. SEO engineer the more you are experienced with, the better it would be everyone.

11. Deliver regular reports with actionable insights on rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

12. Stay updated on SEO algorithms, social media trends, and digital marketing innovations, applying best practices to maintain competitiveness.


Required Skills & Tools

1.     Proven track record (5–10 years) of driving measurable results in SEO and SMM campaigns for agencies, SaaS, or hospitality brands.

2.     Proficiency with leading SEO tools

Strong expertise in content marketing and copywriting

Deep understanding of influencer marketing, customer psychology, and online engagement strategies

Experience in managing paid campaigns

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • A PC with at least an i5 10th Gen processor and 8-16 GB RAM
  • A reliable broadband internet access from a reputable ISP (unfortunately we don't allow our employees to work on Mobile hotspots due to security concerns and performance issues).
