Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution:

  Lead and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality outputs.

• Analysis & Problem-Solving:

  Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices.

• Mentorship:

  Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and improve team performance.

• Quality Assurance:

  Review work produced by team members for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related discipline).

• 3–4 years of professional experience

  in a similar role or industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and produce insightful recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant tools/software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, CRM platforms—depending on industry).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
