Senior SEO Associate

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, on-page content, and internal linking to improve search rankings.
• Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
• Execute technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to enhance site performance.
• Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.
• Manage local and international SEO campaigns, including Google Business Profile optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• 67 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  
• Expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong technical SEO skills, including site audits, schema markup, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.
• Knowledge of paid search, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
• Experience managing multi-lingual or international SEO campaigns.
