Responsibilities:

• Develop and Customize Salesforce Applications: Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other development tools to meet business requirements.
• Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
• Optimize and Enhance: Identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve Salesforce application performance and scalability.
• Analyze and Translate Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet established standards.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, resolve user issues, and implement system enhancements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
• Mentor and Collaborate: Support junior developers by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Models (roles, profiles, sharing rules).
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
