Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom applications using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.
Design and implement solutions within Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Optimize performance with efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and bulk data processing.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Provide support for offer-related and HR tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years with FSC.
Strong proficiency in LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Salesforce integration frameworks and tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Flosum.
Familiarity with tools like GenAI, AgentForce, Docusign, and Conga Contracts is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC Consultant) preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
