Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and maintain clarity on project goals. Partner with Salesforce Architects and Technical Leads to review and validate solution designs, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Oversee delivery teams implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and performance best practices. Manage data migration and integration activities, coordinating with teams to optimize data flows and ensure smooth connectivity with third-party systems. Lead CI/CD processes using tools such as Gearset or Copado, ensuring efficient deployment cycles and minimal production risk. Enforce security and compliance standards, including roles, profiles, and permission sets within Salesforce. Track project health, report on milestones, risks, and issues to senior leadership, and ensure transparency and accountability. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying process enhancements and driving best practices across Salesforce teams. Required Technical Skills: Strong functional knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and complex Salesforce automation. Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components for coordination with development teams. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD, version control, and deployment management. Qualifications : 10+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects, ideally in the manufacturing domain. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Salesforce Administrator, Scrum Master, and Manufacturing Cloud certifications required; Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
