Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation cycles (at least 2 full cycles required).

* Perform Salesforce configuration and customization across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud.

* Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.

* Conduct workshops and lead conversations with senior client stakeholders.

* Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), data migration coordination, and deployment activities.

* Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, security, and governance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations and solution alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of Salesforce experience in development + implementation roles.

* Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (mandatory).

* Working experience with Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ (preferred).

* Experience delivering at least two end-to-end Salesforce implementation cycles.

* Must have real estate industry experience (minimum 2 clients).

* Strong documentation skills: BRD, process documentation, requirement gathering.

* Confident in stakeholder communication and leading requirement workshops.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

* Salesforce Certifications (any applicable consultant/developer/admin certifications).

* Experience coordinating integrations with external systems (high-level).

* Understanding of deployment processes and change management.

Soft Skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Comfortable in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model.
