Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver complete Salesforce training programs (Admin + Development).
Actively participate in live Salesforce projects and demonstrate real-time implementations during training.
Teach:
Salesforce Admin configuration
Apex programming and triggers
Lightning Web Components (UI & backend interaction)
HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, asynchronous concepts
Security, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets
Train students on:
SOAP & REST web services
OAuth, Named Credentials
Deployment strategies (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD basics)
Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and certification readiness.
Evaluate students through assignments, mock interviews, and capstone projects.

Required Skills

Deep technical Salesforce expertise
Proven training and mentoring experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Real-world project exposure across multiple domains

Preferred

Experience handling corporate batches
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – added advantage

Optional Add-ons (You Can Include)

Training duration: 3–6 months
Batch size: 10–25 students
Hands-on project: Minimum 2 real-time projects
Placement support: Mock interviews & resume guidance

Pay: ₹644,273.23 - ₹2,115,672.76 per year
