Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.) Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Coordinate training and development activities Prepare HR-related reports as needed Support payroll processing and statutory compliance Assist in performance management procedures Organize employee engagement and welfare activities Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹10,098.27 - ₹32,843.01 per month Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
