Senior PHP Developer – Laravel Framework

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development of complex web applications using Laravel (Backend) and ReactJS (Frontend).
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for e-commerce, enterprise apps, ERPs, and CRMs.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases with attention to performance, indexing, and data security.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/email providers, and external business tools.
• Convert UI/UX designs into highly responsive, interactive web interfaces using ReactJS.
• Ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend with state management, secure authentication, and error handling.
• Optimize application performance across all layers of the stack.
• Implement and enforce modern coding standards, version control, and continuous integration practices.
• Guide junior developers and collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor peers to improve code quality and development processes.
• Stay current with the latest tools and trends in full-stack development, particularly in the PHP, Laravel, ReactJS, and MySQL ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on development experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Deep proficiency in Laravel PHP framework and ReactJS.
• Proven experience in developing e-commerce platforms, custom ERPs, enterprise dashboards, and CRMs.
• Strong MySQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data migrations.
• Proficiency in REST API design and third-party API integration.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend workflows.
• Familiarity with frontend tools such as Webpack, Babel, and React Hooks.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
