Job description Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – IT Sales Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to drive IT sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for IT products and services. Follow up on leads and nurture potential clients to convert them into business opportunities. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online tools to connect with prospects. Conduct fieldwork and market research to identify new business opportunities. Liaise with Indian Microsoft Dynamics Partners for vertical and add-on sales. Cold calling and setting up product demonstrations for potential clients. Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned IT products and geographies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Desired Profile: Experience: 1-2 years in IT product sales OR MBA Freshers in Marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in ERP sales, IT hardware sales, or software sales is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Good understanding of IT products, services, and sales strategies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,304.84 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/06/2025
