Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruppur for a Senior Salesforce Developer. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet clients' unique business needs. Daily tasks will include creating and maintaining Salesforce applications, optimizing workflows, coding Apex triggers and classes, developing Visualforce pages, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
• Experience in data modeling, workflow automation, and database management
• Strong skills in object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and deployment best practices
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as REST or SOAP APIs and third-party application integration
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator are preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required
