Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description

Syensqo is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join its newly established capabilities center in Pune. This role involves guiding technical activities within the Salesforce Platform Team, ensuring best practices are followed in alignment with Syensqo’s policies. The team supports Marketing, Sales, and Service applications across global business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain existing implementations using Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
• Employ declarative solutions such as Flow and Dynamic Forms.
• Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using best practices in development and deployment.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams to provide estimates and implement solutions.
• Support maintenance teams with incident management and technical advisory tasks.
• Conduct technical gap analysis and prepare technical design documents for complex solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce’s periodic releases to enhance platform usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,900,000.00 per year
