Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using

  Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce

  , and

  SOQL/SOSL

  .
• Design and implement

  Salesforce Integrations

  using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Customize

  Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud

  and other modules based on business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality development.
• Work with declarative tools such as

  Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards

  , and

  Approval Processes

  .
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.
• Manage deployments using

  CI/CD tools

  (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git).
• Ensure best practices in coding, technical design, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with Admins, Consultants, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 4–8+ years

  of hands-on experience as a

  Salesforce Developer

  .
• Strong experience with

  Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Visualforce,

  and

  Integration development

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce Data Model

  , security, and sharing settings.
• Hands-on experience with

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , Platform Events, Batch Apex, Future methods, and Queues.
• Experience with

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory); PD-II is a plus.
