Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement

  Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

  solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and customize

  entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Automate flows

  .
• Develop

  custom plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript customizations, PCF controls

  , and integrations.
• Work on

  Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform components

  as needed.
• Integrate CRM with external applications using

  REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors

  .
• Perform

  CRM upgrades, solution deployments, and environment management

  .
• Collaborate with functional consultants, SMEs, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support, ensuring system stability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in

  Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE development

  .
• Strong proficiency in:

• C#, .NET Framework/Core

• Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Power Automate (Flow)

• Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps)

• PCF Controls

• Experience with

  Azure Services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps pipelines)

  .
• Strong SQL knowledge with experience in

  FetchXML, T-SQL, and SQL Server

  .
• Experience with

  Solution Management, ALM, Deployment Pipelines

  .
• Good understanding of

  Sales, Service, and custom modules

  within CRM.
• Knowledge of

  Data Migration

  tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS, CRM SDK).
• Excellent communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
