We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in scalable architecture, strong experience integrating Salesforce with AI/ML and analytics platforms, and a passion for building robust, future-proof CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with client’s product and go-to-market strategy. Lead design of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud components. Collaborate closely with SalesOps, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions. Define and maintain Salesforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices. Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms, including marketing automation, AI/ML APIs, and data lakes. Guide development team in implementation (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, etc.). Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into the Salesforce platform (e.g., predictive lead scoring, recommendation engines, workflow automation). Optimize data model and workflows for analytics, reporting, and scale. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc.). Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architecture or technical lead role. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, API usage, and Lightning framework. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with AI/ML or analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Segment, or internal AI models). Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow. Experience working in high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environments. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (MuleSoft, Kafka, Workato, etc.). Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred.
