Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using
Apex, LWC, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder)
.
Integration Projects:
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (e.g.,
ad serving systems, marketing automation, analytics tools
) using REST APIs and iPaaS solutions like
Workato
.
Automation & Workflows:
Implement advanced automation for
lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, attribution tracking, and ad performance alerts
.
Data & Analytics Alignment:
Support data flows between Salesforce and the
enterprise data platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, data lakes)
for real-time reporting and predictive analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Support teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure
data accuracy, system performance, and security compliance
across Salesforce implementations.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance CRM usage, optimize workflows, and leverage
Salesforce AppExchange solutions
or new features.

Qualifications

6+ years
of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, declarative tools).
Strong understanding of
Sales Cloud
(Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud a plus).
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via
APIs, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar tools
.
Experience building
automation workflows
for sales and marketing use cases (lead management, campaign attribution).
