Joining EY means building an exceptional experience for yourself while contributing to a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** - Meet with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements and actively participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. - Engage in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation. - Participate in the sales cycle as necessary, including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, and project planning. - Take a hands-on approach in producing tangible deliverables such as requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, and project plans. - Proactively contribute to continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development. - Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance. - Conduct regular reviews of implementations by less experienced developers, offering feedback and suggestions. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers, effectively delegating tasks within the team. - Independently communicate with client technical teams and business owners during the design and implementation phases. **Key Responsibilities:** - 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms. - Possession of at least Salesforce certification Salesforce Platform Developer I. - Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle-market and enterprise-sized companies. - Proficiency in complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and development. - Strong software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing). - Familiarity with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Demonstrated expertise in relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools. - Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.). - Exposure to Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM. - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
